titleOfInvention Device for recycling tail gas from tower top of dehydrating tower system during prenyl alcohol production
abstract The utility model relates to a production device and in particular relates to a device for recycling tail gas from a tower top of a dehydrating tower system during prenyl alcohol production. The device is characterized in that the gas rich in isobutene from a tower top of a dehydrating tower used in the previous procedure during prenyl alcohol production enters an overhead condenser and is cooled with frozen saline water; a condensate reflux tank is arranged at the lower part of the condenser and is used for collecting condensate from the condenser; the non-condensable tail gas from the condenser enters a gas-liquid separator to further recycle isobutene; the middle section inside the gas-liquid separator is filled with fillers; the liquid-phase washing liquid at the upper part of the gas-liquid separator comes from feeds of a light component separation tower; the feeds are process materials; a tail gas condenser is arranged at the tower top of the dehydrating tower; frozen saline water is used for cooling in the tail gas condenser. The device has the beneficial effects that the emission of the tail gas from the tower top of the dehydrating tower system and the nitrogen replenishment are optimally controlled; moreover, isobutene in the tail gas is recycled, thus reducing the nitrogen consumption, reducing environmental pollution and turning waste into wealth.
