titleOfInvention Methane and ethylene removing device by high-low pressure two-tower rectification
abstract The utility model relates to a chemical device, and particularly relates to a methane and ethylene removing device by high-low pressure two-tower rectification. Light hydrocarbon is fed from the middle part of a methane removing tower, a thermosyphon reboiler is arranged at the lower side of the methane removing tower, and a pipeline at the bottom of the methane removing tower is connected with a tower bottom pump; a material delivered by the tower bottom pump enters an ethylene removing tower, and methane is delivered from the top of the methane removing tower; the material is fed from the middle part of the ethylene removing tower, a thermosyphon reboiler is arranged below the ethylene removing tower, and propane and propylene processed substances are delivered from the pipeline at the bottom of the ethylene removing tower; a condenser is arranged on the upper part of the ethylene removing tower, condensate flows into a reflux tank, a reflux pump is arranged below the reflux tank, and the outlet of the reflux pump is connected with the top of the ethylene removing tower; and reflux flows to the upper part of the ethylene removing tower. The methane and ethylene removing device has the advantages that reflux is performed on the top of the methane removing tower, when the conversion rate of ethylene fluctuates, the amount of ethylene circularly returning to a methanol to propylene reactor is regulated, so that the yield of ethylene products is guaranteed; the separation process of methane and ethylene does not need a low-temperature refrigerant, and a refrigeration compressor using ethylene as the refrigerant does not need to be arranged in the device, so that the operation cost and investment can be reduced.
