abstract The utility model discloses a kitchen ventilation system based on an air curtain and filtration. The system mainly comprises a fresh air supplementing part, an air curtain jet part and an exhaust part, wherein the fresh air supplementing part consists of a fresh air intake, a PM2.5 filter, an efficient axial-flow air supply fan, an elbow, an air supply main pipe, an ejector air supplementing branch pipe, an air valve and an air supplementing port; the air curtain jet part consists of a reducing pipe, a gas stove, the angle-adjustable air curtain, a hot air curtain air supply branch pipe, an air valve, a hot air curtain air supply header pipe, a heating air pipe and a hot air curtain air supply port; the exhaust part consists of an exhaust hood, a one-way stop valve, an elbow, an exhaust fan and an exhaust port. After fresh air is filtered, one channel of the fresh air is sent to the ejector air supplementing branch pipe to provide the air required by ejection of the gas stove, one channel is sent to the angle-adjustable air curtain to provide air curtain jets for cooking in summer and transition seasons, another channel is sent to the hot air curtain air supply branch pipe to adjust temperatures of the air curtain jets and satisfy the requirement of human bodies for the thermal comfort degree, and finally, the air curtain jets, combustion waste gas and flue gas are exhausted to the outdoor atmosphere through the exhaust hood. The system can play roles in insulating heat, reducing indoor cooling loads, increasing the comfort degree and the health degree of cooking, preventing cooking oil smoke from rushing into bedrooms and living rooms, improving the system combustion efficiency and the like, facilitate building of an open kitchen and use the building space fully. The system is applicable to all kitchen occasions, including residences, commercial buildings and large dining halls on other occasions.
