titleOfInvention Scintillation crystal ray detection head with novel structure
abstract The utility model relates to a scintillation crystal ray detection head with a novel structure, which comprises a packaging shell formed by plane quartz glass and a base and a scintillation crystal installed in the packaging shell, wherein the scintillation crystal is processed into a hexahedron with six surfaces being polished, a ray incident surface and four side surfaces are plated by a drainage total-reflection film so as to reduce leakage of fluorescent light from a non-light-emitting surface and prevent trace moisture from eroding the crystal at the same time, one side of the quartz glass and the crystal are boned together through bonding of an optical cement or adhesion of high-refraction silica gel, optical loss, which is caused by difference in refraction index of different interfaces, of the fluorescent light when passing through the quartz glass is reduced, and the other side of the quartz glass is plated by an anti-reflection film to improve the fluorescent light transmittance; the surface of the detection head is bonded with a prism brightness enhancement film (BEF) so as to gather divergent light within a 70-degree range and emit the light, and 130% forward looking brightness is increased. Adoption of the scintillation crystal ray detection head provided by the utility model can greatly improve the overall fluorescent light output efficiency of the detection head while preventing the scintillation crystal from deliquescing or being out of operation, and is simple in packaging process and suitable for large-scale production.
