titleOfInvention Anti-corrosion and anti-plugging sheath of flue gas probe
abstract The utility model relates to an anti-corrosion and anti-plugging sheath of a flue gas probe. The anti-corrosion and anti-plugging sheath comprises a flange disk fixedly connected with the probe and a sleeve the diameter of which is matched with that of the probe, wherein the flange disk is fixedly connected with one end of the sleeve; the probe extends into the inner side of the sleeve through a center hole of the flange disk; at least two stop sheets are arranged in the other half section relative to the sleeve; every two adjacent stop sheets are staggered to form an S-shaped flue gas channel. Due to the heating function of the probe, heat extends into the sleeve, so that flue gas can be heated when entering the sleeve but not the probe, and generated coagulated solid substances can be retained at the outer section of the sleeve; due to the S-shaped channel formed by the stop sheets in the sleeve, the time for heating flue gas in the sleeve can be prolonged, so that the effect is further enhanced, and flue gas entering the probe cannot be coagulated to plug the probe.
