Instead of being manually added, liquid having potential safety hazard is automatically added under control of a peristaltic pump, which nearly completely avoids equipment damage and accidents; moreover, reagents are slowly added in a relatively sealed device, so as to avoid loss of components to be detected in a sample due to local overheating and other factors and to guarantee a reliable determination result.
