According to the adding system of the powdered activated carbon, from the feeding and the storage of the powdered activated carbon to the final addition of the powdered activated carbon, all working procedures are completed in a full-sealed system; the dedusting system and the screw rod self-cleaning system are arranged, dust production and leakage are not caused, water pollution and air pollution are not produced, and the smoothness and the long-distance transmission of the jet flow mixer are ensured.
