titleOfInvention Titanium alloy zero-leakage metallic seal quick-switch ball valve
abstract The utility model relates to a titanium alloy zero-leakage metallic seal quick-switch ball valve which is widely applied to a PTA (Pure Terephthalic Acid) device and belongs to the field of instrument control. The titanium alloy zero-leakage metallic seal quick-switch ball valve comprises a right valve body and a left valve body, wherein a valve ball is arranged in the right valve body, the upper end of the valve ball is connected with a transmission shaft through a flat key and a spline, the upper end of the transmission shaft extends out of the right valve body; upper sealing packing is arranged between the transmission shaft and the right valve body and is sealed by an upper sealing cover connected with the upper end of the right valve body; the lower end of the valve ball is connected with a driven shaft; the lower end of the right valve body is connected with a mandril device through bolts; the upper end of the mandril device presses against the driven shaft; sealing assemblies are respectively arranged between the valve ball and the right valve body as well as between the valve ball and the left valve body. According to the titanium alloy zero-leakage metallic seal quick-switch ball valve, a medium is prevented from being stacked on the inner wall through a high-temperature steam rinsing port; the transmission shaft and the valve ball are connected by adopting a dual transmission connecting structure of the splint and the flat key; the mandril device of the valve ball is used for conveniently adjusting the up-and-down position of the valve ball so as to alleviate the extrusion to a valve seat by means of the self weight of the valve ball.
