titleOfInvention Double helix sewage disposal device by photocatalysis
abstract A double helix sewage disposal device by photocatalysis comprises at least one sewage disposal unit; each sewage disposal unit comprises a cylindrical pipe body, an upper spiral cover with a water inlet pipe connector and a lower spiral cover with a water outlet pipe connector; the upper spiral cover and the lower spiral cover are connected to the upper end and lower end of the pipe body respectively; the upper end surface and the lower end surface of the pipe body are an upper plate and a lower plate respectively; a water inlet hole is formed in the upper plate; water outlet holes are formed in the lower plate; a double helix pipe filled with a catalyst and a super-hydrophobic oleophilic composite material is arranged between the upper plate and the lower plate; a water inlet of the double helix pipe is connected with the water inlet hole; water outlets are connected with the water outlet holes; a filter membrane is arranged at the water outlets; a lighting pipe is arranged at the axial center of the double helix pipe. The sewage disposal device utilizes a photocatalysis theory to treat sewage under the catalyst and a lighting condition; organic pollutants in the sewage are degraded when the sewage flows through the double helix pipe; the efficiency is high; the device is nontoxic and innoxious.
