titleOfInvention | Separating and pressurizing equipment of recycle gas |
abstract | The utility model discloses separating and pressurizing equipment of a recycle gas. The equipment comprises an ammonia cooler, a liquid ammonia separator, a refrigerating system of an ice maker and a diaphragm compressor, wherein the ammonia cooler is connected with a recycle mixed gas conveying pipeline and the liquid ammonia separator, and the top of the liquid ammonia separator is connected with the diaphragm compressor which is further connected with a hydrogen supplementing pipeline. The equipment disclosed by the utility model has the beneficial effects that the equipment particularly has the advantages that (1) the equipment is few in gas amount and high in compression ratio; when a plunger type compressor is designed according to a process condition, the diameter of the piston rod is greater than the piston, so that the compressor cannot be applied in production; according to the scheme, the problem is solved by cooling and separating ammonia once and using the diaphragm compressor, so that the gas at 1.6Mpa is directly compressed to the gas of 20.0Mpa; (2) by using the diaphragm compressor, the energy-saving effect is remarkable and the waste on resources is reduced. |
