titleOfInvention Thick-film high-frequency microwave attenuating sheet
abstract The utility model discloses a thick-film high-frequency microwave attenuating sheet which includes a ceramic substrate. The central part of the ceramic substrate is provided with a distributed concentrative network resistor which is composed of one or more cross-shaped resistance sheets in a manner of overlying. The ends of the upper leg, the lower leg, the left leg, and the right leg of the resistor are provided with terminal electrodes which are directly coated and sintered by silver-palladium slurry. The surface of each terminal electrode is densely distributed with wave-shaped stripes and is provided with welding contact points at interval. The shape of the welding contact points is semispherical. By employing the resistor which is formed by one or more cross-shaped resistance sheets in a manner of overlying, namely, a distributed concentrative resistance network structure, the microwave attenuating sheet is wider in operating frequency, higher in attenuating precision, smaller in standing-wave ratio and flatter in frequency responding curve. In addition, the selection of the material of the terminal electrodes and the designation of the structure enable both the weldability and the welding-resistance to be excellent, and the microwave attenuating sheet is convenient to weld.
