titleOfInvention | Neisseria gonorrhoeae joint examination card |
abstract | The utility model discloses a neisseria gonorrhoeae joint examination card which comprises a card body. At least two sample grooves are formed in the card body at interval; the card body is provided with upper covers for sealing the sample grooves; each upper cover is a cover plate buckled on the card body, or a sealing piece stuck onto the surface of the card body; a pull piece is arranged at one side of each sealing piece in an extending way, so that the sealing piece can be conveniently torn; the bottom of each sample groove is provided with a proline aminopeptidase reagent, a 1, 2 propylene glycol oxidation-reduction enzyme reagent, a cytochrome C oxidase reagent or a peroxidase reagent; the cross section of each sample groove is in a circular shape, a square shape, a triangular shape, a petal shape or other shapes. The neisseria gonorrhoeae joint examination card has the advantages that the joint examination card is simple in structure and convenient to use, examiners do not need special training, and the detection rate is high. According to the number of the sample grooves in the joint examination card, 2-4 indexes can be detected (the more the detection indexes are, the higher the detection accuracy rate is); as long as all the detected indexes are positive at the same time, a sample is judged to be positive, and the result is very visual. |
