abstract | A vacuum induction hot-press thermal distortion device for preparing a anisotropy thermal distortion rare-earth permanent magnet comprises a support body, a furnace body, a pressing system and a heating system, wherein the pressing system comprises an upper press head, a lower press head and a hydraulic driving component, the heating system comprises an induction coil and an induction heating power connected with the induction coil, the furnace body is of an interlayer water-cooling structure, a cooling water inlet and a cooling water outlet are formed in the outer wall of the furnace body, and an observation window is arranged on a furnace door. The furnace body is arranged on a base of the support body, the lower press head is located at the inner cavity of the furnace body, fixed at the bottom of the furnace body and used for placing dies, the upper press head is located at the inner cavity of the furnace body, the upper end of the upper press head is connected with a press rod which extends into the hydraulic driving component of the inner cavity of the furnace body and is located above the lower press head, the center lines of the press rod, the upper press head and the lower press head are coincident, and the induction coil is located in the inner cavity of the furnace body and is arranged on the position which is matched with the position for placing the dies. By means of the vacuum induction hot-press thermal distortion device for preparing the anisotropy thermal distortion rare-earth permanent magnet, the time spent on cooling the magnet is shorten, the magnetic performance of a large size magnet is guaranteed, and production efficiency is improved. |
