abstract Provided is a fault diagnosis experiment platform based on wind power gearbox working condition simulation. A driving motor is installed at one end of a base rack. A gearbox transmission device comprises a second-level planetary speed reducing gearbox, a second-level planetary speed increasing gearbox and a single-level parallel shaft gearbox. A high-speed shaft of the second-level planetary speed reducing gearbox is in transmission connection with an output shaft of the driving motor. A low-speed shaft of the second-level planetary speed reducing gearbox and a low-speed shaft of the second-level planetary speed increasing gearbox are connected through a diaphragm coupling. A high-speed shaft of the second-level planetary speed increasing gearbox is connected with a low-speed shaft of the single-level parallel shaft gearbox through a coupling. One end of a torque speed instrument is connected with a high-speed shaft of the single-level parallel shaft gearbox through a coupling and the other end of the torque speed instrument is connected with a rotating shaft of a load simulation motor. A working condition simulation loading module comprises an axial hydraulic cylinder bearing, an axial hydraulic loading cylinder, a radial hydraulic cylinder bearing, a radial hydraulic loading cylinder and an eccentric block vibration exciter. The fault diagnosis experiment platform based on wind power gearbox working condition simulation can effectively simulate the working condition of a wind power gearbox and is reliable in fault information data.
