A light source part is arranged below a conveying mechanism through a lower bracket arm; a detection unit is coaxially arranged above the conveying mechanism through an upper bracket arm; the conveying mechanism for eggs is arranged between the light source part and the detection unit; voltage signals generated by two channels are converted into digital signals through an amplifier and an analogue/digital (A/D) converter inside a data processing unit by the voltage signal generated by the detection unit; in addition, a binary Logistic judgment model is combined and the formula is Y=121.9*A-149.361*B-16.028, wherein A is the average optical density in the waveband range of 580+/-10nm; B is the average optical density in the waveband range of 600+/-10nm; when Y is greater than or equal to 0, the eggs are judged to be normal eggs; when Y is less than 0, the eggs are judged to be blood pot eggs. By adopting the dual waveband-based online detection device for the blood pot eggs, the loss of the light intensity is reduced and the detection sensitivity is improved under the premise of simultaneously obtaining dual waveband spectrum information. |
