The water film type air cleaner is water-saving and power-saving and low in noise; a paper element filter is made into a drawer type, is convenient to replace, and is made of filter paper, so that the manufacturing and using costs are both relatively low; purified air exchanges heat with indoor return air in the heat exchanger, so that the heat of the return air is recycled, and the energy is saved.
