The gas injection grating device has the advantages that three gas outlets are formed in the upper part of each nozzle, and every two adjacent gas outlets form an included angle of 120 degrees, so that the gas injection uniformity is further improved; and meanwhile, the gas injection amount and the gas injection region can be improved, and the diversity and the direction of injection are improved. The nozzles in the gas injection grating device adopt assembled type structures consisting of branching pipes and sprayers, so that the phenomenon that the nozzles are blocked can be effectively prevented. The branching pipes and the sprayers on the nozzles in the gas injection grating device are connected through thread pairs; and the gas injection grating device is high in adjustability.
