titleOfInvention | Dual-circulating ammonia chloride thickener |
abstract | The utility model discloses a dual-circulating ammonia chloride thickener which comprises a mother liquor mixing region, a transitional region and an elutriation region, wherein the mother liquor mixing region is provided with a slurry inlet, a gas exhaust hole and a stirring structure; the stirring structure consists of a motor, a stirring frame and a stirring rod; the elutriation region is provided with a detection device and a circulating pump circulating structure; the detection device comprises a first thickness sensor, a second thickness sensor, a consistometer and a speedometer; the circulating pump circulating structure comprises a pipeline, a first circulating pump, a second circulating pump, a first valve and a second valve; an emptying opening is formed in the lower end of the elutriation region. By the use of the stirring structure, the dual-circulating ammonia chloride thickener can fully and uniformly stir slurry in the mother liquor mixing region; when crystals settled from mother liquor is in contact with the thickness sensors, the circulating pump circulating structure starts to work, so that the crystals can be fully dissolved through the circulating pump circulating structure, and a material flows; therefore the phenomenon that the crystals are slowly changed into hard blocks and the phenomenon of no production caused by a fact that the crystal blocks block the emptying opening are avoided. |
