The molecular distilling equipment comprises a distiller, a heavy component receiving tank and a light component receiving tank, wherein the distiller is connected with a feed liquid delivery duct; the heavy component receiving tank and the light component receiving tank are connected below the distiller. The distilling equipment also comprises a heating jacket arranged outside the distiller, and conduction oil flows in the heating jacket. The distilling equipment also comprises a receiving bottle I and a receiving bottle II which are connected with the distiller and respectively provided with a cold trap. According to the equipment, thermal decomposition, thermal polymerization or thermal metamorphism generated during the thermal separation process of feed liquid can be eliminated. The molecular distilling equipment is especially suitable for separating high-molecular weight, high-boiling point and high-viscosity substances and organic mixtures with extremely poor thermal stability. |
