abstract | A mining explosion-proof monitor belonging to a monitoring device is composed of an explosion-proof housing, a power supply module and a monitor. The power supply module is fixed inside the housing via an installing plate. Explosion-proof toughened glass is connected onto a top cover via a press plate. Each of four corners of the press plate is equipped with a supporting block. The monitor placed in the middle of the press plate is fixed to the supporting blocks through two press bars. The top cover is disposed on the housing. An output end of the power supply module is in connection with a power input end of the monitor which is connected with a high-definition four division mainboard. A hinge is arranged at one side of the housing. Top cover fastening bolts are connected with the housing. A communication joint is connected onto the housing. Power input and four-way video input are input via the communication joint. The advantages are that an I2C bus of the explosion-proof monitor is the newest control circuit and so the whole monitor is stable in performance; and the explosion-proof monitor has abundant multichannel signal input and output interfaces so as to meet needs of users on different occasions. |
