titleOfInvention | Detection system for photoacoustic spectrometry gas in optical fiber laser cavity |
abstract | The utility model discloses a detection system for photoacoustic spectrometry gas in an optical fiber laser cavity, belonging to the field of optical fiber gas detection technology. The detection system comprises a pump light source, a wavelength division multiplexer and a computer, wherein the wavelength division multiplexer, a rare earth doped optical fiber, an optical isolator, a gas chamber, a tunable filter and an optical fiber coupler define an annular cavity of an optical fiber laser, and an input coupling mirror and an output coupling mirror are arranged in the gas chamber. A quartz tuning fork is arranged at the proper position in the gas chamber and is used for detecting an acoustic wave signal generated by excited gas of laser in the optical fiber laser cavity; the signal detected by the quartz tuning fork is further extracted by a locking phase amplifier, acquired through a data collecting card, and transmitted to the computer, and the gas concentration information can be acquired after gas concentration inversion is carried out. By combining the optical fiber laser technology and the photoacoustic spectrometry gas detection technology, the detection system has the characteristics of high sensitivity, high cost performance, low cost and the like. |
