titleOfInvention Soil nematodes sporocyst separating device
abstract The utility model discloses a soil nematode sporocyst separating device. The device comprises a floating cylinder and a sporocyst collecting sieve, wherein a separating screen, which holds a soil sample, is arranged in the middle of an inner cavity of the floating cylinder, a drainage pipe and a water inlet pipe are connected to the top and the bottom of the floating cylinder respectively, and the water outlet end of the drainage pipe extends above the sporocyst collecting sieve. As the drainage pipe and the water inlet pipe are connected to the top and the bottom of the device disclosed by the utility model and the separating screen is arranged inside the device, a water flow enters into the floating cylinder from the bottom, then spills over the separating screen and finally flows out from the top. When the water flow passes through the separating screen, sporocyst in the soil sample is separated. The sporocyst floats due to small density, and finally enters into the sporocyst collecting sieve along with the water flow. As the floating cylinder is of a sealed structure, in the operating process of the device, water does not overflow or splash, and the device is further simple and convenient to operate.
