titleOfInvention | Polyurethane heat insulation profile pouring notch |
abstract | The utility model discloses a novel polyurethane heat insulation profile pouring notch, wherein a wavy protrusion is designed in the notch; a pair of bump structures are designed at outer edges of a mechanical lock point of a notch opening part and distributed horizontally and symmetrically. Compared with a known notch, the notch disclosed by the utility model has the advantages that the raw material is saved by 2.5%, a contact area between heat insulation glue and an aluminum profile is effectively increased, and longitudinal anti-shearing strength of the profile is enhanced. Meanwhile, an original teeth-beating processing process is replaced by a teeth-rolling processing process, so that processing efficiency of aluminum alloy polyurethane heat insulation profiles under a smooth surface treatment condition is prominently improved by more than 45%. |
