The ion exchange resin chromatography device comprises a sample container, a sample outputting pipe, a sample dredging pipe, a multilayered bracket and at least two separators, wherein the sample container is fixedly arranged on a supporting plate on the uppermost layer of the multilayered bracket; a fixed clip is arranged at an opening of the sample container; one end of the sample outputting pipe is inserted into the inner bottom of the sample container and the other end of the sample outputting pipe is communicated with the upper end of the sample dredging pipe with an airbag; a piston is plugged into the opening of the upper end of each separator and an outlet is formed in the bottom of each separator; each piston is internally fixedly provided with a communication pipe communicated with an inner cavity of each separator; the upper end of the communication pipe on the separator of the uppermost layer is communicated with the lower end of the sample dredging pipe on the upper part; the outlet of the separator of the last layer is communicated with the communication pipe of the separator of the next layer by a connection pipe; a water stopping clamp is arranged on a connection pipe located at the bottom of the separator of the bottommost layer; and all the separators are sequentially mounted on the corresponding positions of the multilayered bracket from top to bottom. The ion exchange resin chromatography device has the beneficial effects that a power system does not need to be additionally arranged; and the cost is low, the treatment amount is great and the efficiency is high.
