When the block press is in use, the male die base drive unit is started to allow the male die base run downwards to press the material. When the male die drive unit is turned on, materials are formed into predetermined shape through cooperation between the male die and the female die. Multi-time of striking of the male die cools the material during moulding, thereby preventing the increase of reject ratio due to the surface of the male die sticking to the materials. |
