titleOfInvention Block press
abstract A block press is simple in structure and excellent in use effect, and comprises a top base, a pedestal, a male die, a male die base, a female die, a male die drive unit and a male die base driving device, wherein the top base is arranged above the pedestal, the top base and the pedestal are fixedly connected through a plurality of guide pillars, and the male die base is connected to the bottom of the top base through the male die base drive unit and is in sleeved joint with a plurality of guide pillars. The male die is inserted in the male die base and driven respectively by the male die drive unit and the male die base drive unit. When the block press is in use, the male die base drive unit is started to allow the male die base run downwards to press the material. When the male die drive unit is turned on, materials are formed into predetermined shape through cooperation between the male die and the female die. Multi-time of striking of the male die cools the material during moulding, thereby preventing the increase of reject ratio due to the surface of the male die sticking to the materials.
