The automatic control system comprises a fermentation tank (1), wherein an acid valve (2), an alkaline valve (3) and a peristaltic pump (4) are arranged on a connecting pipeline of an acid liquid or alkaline liquid input part and a sprayer (5) respectively; a pH meter probe (7) extends into a probe protector (6) in the fermentation tank; a pH value monitor (8) is connected with the pH meter probe (7) and a pH value control instrument (9); the fermentation tank pH meter probe (7) is used for transmitting a feed liquid pH value signal to the pH value control instrument (8), and if the pH value of a feed liquid is alkaline, the pH value control instrument opens the acid valve and closes the alkaline valve; if the pH value of the feed liquid is acid, the pH value control instrument opens the alkaline valve and closes the acid valve; and pH value monitoring points are arranged in the upper, middle and lower parts of the fermentation tank, and the pH meter probe is provided with a protection device. The system has the advantages as follows: the pH value of a fermentation liquid can be automatically controlled according to the pH value of the feed liquid in the tank, the pH value of the feed liquid in the tank is adjusted by spraying acid liquid or alkaline liquid, so that the pH value of the fermentation tank is stabilized, and the gas production rate is effectively increased; and a large number of labor resources are saved, the work intensity is reduced, resources are saved, and energy consumption is reduced.
