abstract The utility model relates to a spectrum-response testing device for a triple-junction gallium arsenide solar cell. The spectrum-response testing device includes a wide-spectrum multi-grating spectrum-response testing system. The testing system includes a light-source system which sends out light sources, a multi-grating monochromator, an optical system and a light-intensity monitor. A wave chopper is arranged between the light-source system and the multi-grating monochromator. A filter turning wheel is arranged between the multi-grating monochromator and the optical system. The device is characterized in that an attenuation optical filter is arranged between the wave chopper and the multi-grating monochromator or between the multi-grating monochromator and the filter turning wheel. Because the attenuation optical filter is adopted, monochromatic-light light signals are weakened in switching of gratings and at the same time corresponding electrical signals are also weakened so that the electrical signals change in a comparatively small range and thus accuracy of a triple-junction gallium arsenide solar-cell spectrum-response test result is ensured.
