The novel stirring type fermentation tank comprises a tank body, wherein a motor is arranged on the tank body and drives a main stirring shaft to rotate through a belt; the main stirring shaft is inserted into the tank body; a raw material inlet is formed in the tank body; a plurality of auxiliary stirring shafts are arranged around the main stirring shaft; a foam container is arranged above the auxiliary stirring shafts; a pipeline is inserted into the foam container; a foam recovery device is connected to one end of the pipeline, and a liquid inductor is arranged at the other end of the pipeline; a jacket is arranged outside the tank body; a steam inlet is formed in the lower part of the jacket; a steam outlet is formed in the upper part of the jacket; a water outlet from which condensed water flows is formed in the lower end of the jacket; the condensed water which is discharged from the jacket is recovered into the recovery box through the water outlet and the pipeline; the condensed water in the recovery box is pumped into the jacket by a pump through the pipeline. The novel stirring type fermentation tank is novel in structure and convenient to operate; foams and the condensed water are respectively covered, so that waste of raw materials caused by a phenomenon of overflow is avoided.
