abstract | The utility model provides a sand preventing structure for a rainwater pipe opening, and relates to the field of municipal drainage. By the sand preventing structure for the rainwater pipe opening, the possibility of silting of the rainwater pipe opening is reduced. According to the technical scheme, a rainwater pond and a desilting basin are arranged below a rainwater cover; a partition is arranged between the rainwater pond and the desilting basin; the height of the partition is half of the depth of the rainwater pond; an inclined water draining hole is formed in the upper portion of the partition; water seepage holes are formed in the bottom of the rainwater pond and the bottom of the desilting basin; a water draining pipe opening is formed in a side surface of the rainwater pond; a dustproof dustpan is positioned below the rainwater cover; the tail of the dustproof dustpan is hung at the edge of the top of the rainwater pond; an opening end of the dustproof dustpan is placed on the partition; the dustproof dustpan is downwards inclined from the tail to the opening end; and a water draining hole is formed in a side surface of the dustproof dustpan. The sand preventing structure has the advantages that dust and sundries are accumulated in the dustproof dustpan, and are scoured to the desilting basin by water; the risk on blockage of a water draining pipe due to accumulation of sand is effectively reduced; and a normal water draining function is not affected by accumulation of the sand. |
