titleOfInvention Painless super-smooth antibacterial urethral catheter
abstract The utility model belongs to medical instruments, and relates to a urethral catheter, in particular to a painless super-smooth antibacterial urethral catheter. The urethral catheter comprises an air bag urethral catheter, a medicine injection catheter, an air inflation catheter, a washing catheter, a super-smooth antibacterial layer and scales, wherein the surface of the urethral catheter is coated with the super-smooth antibacterial layer; the scales are marked on the surface of a urethral catheter body; the medicine injection catheter is arranged in a wall of the air bag urethral catheter; and a medicine release hole is formed in the medicine injection catheter. When a patient inserts the urethral catheter and reserves the urethral catheter, the urethral catheter compresses and stimulates the bladder and urethral mucosae, and pains and discomfort occur, a corresponding part can be injected with a surface narcotic through the medicine injection catheter, so that the pains are relieved; the scales for metering the length are arranged on the air bag urethral catheter, so that a medical worker can know the catheter insertion length accurately when inserting the catheter in the part of the patient, and the phenomenon that the bladder or the urethral mucosae is/are damaged due to the fact the catheter is inserted too deep or too shallow is avoided; and the outer surface of the air bag urethral catheter is coated with the antibacterial layer and a super-smooth layer sequentially, and the super-smooth layer is attached to the outer side of the antibacterial layer. The one-time catheter insertion success rate is remarkably increased, the adaptability of catheter insertion is improved remarkably, and prevention of urinary infection and complications is facilitated.
