titleOfInvention | Injectable tissue engineering cartilage in-vitro construction device |
abstract | The utility model discloses an injectable tissue engineering cartilage in-vitro construction device. The device comprises a constant temperature box, a centrifugal device which is arranged in the constant temperature box, and a control system which is used for controlling the temperature in the constant temperature box and the action of the centrifugal device, wherein the centrifugal device comprises a centrifuge, a container base mounted on the centrifuge, a liquid adding system used for adding a preparation reagent and a stirring system used for stirring the reagent. Due to the arrangement of a controller and a pH sensor, the pH sensor is used for transmitting a measured pH value to the controller in real time; the controller is used for controlling a driving mechanism to act through a control module II, so that a piston rod is driven to act. Thus, a NaOH solution is added into a container slot. When the pH value of the solution reaches a setting range, the driving mechanism is stopped, so that the pH value of the solution can be accurately controlled. Due to the arrangement of the stirring system and the centrifugal device, the solution can be stirred and centrifuged according to preparation needs; finally, the in-vitro construction of an injectable tissue engineering cartilage is finished. As result, the workload of medical staff is lightened and the high production efficiency is realized. |
