titleOfInvention | Direct current motor |
abstract | The utility model discloses a direct current motor. The direct current motor includes an armature assembly, a magnetic pole and a housing; an armature shaft of the armature assembly is provided with a commutator; the housing is provided with a carbon brush connected with the commutator; the commutator comprises a supporting member and commutating segments; the commutating segments are uniformly distributed around the supporting member; the exterior of the each commutating segment is of an arc-shaped structure which is high at the middle and is low at two ends; the cross section of the commutating segment is of a T-shaped structure; and the commutating segments are integrally clamped on the supporting member. According to the direct current motor of the utility model, surfaces where the commutator contacts with the carbon brush are designed to be arc-shaped structures, and therefore, a friction area of the carbon brush and the commutator can be increased, and further, contact effect of the carbon brush and the commutator can be enhanced, and the motor can better achieve uniform rotation. |
