titleOfInvention | Medroxyprogesterone ELISA detection kit |
abstract | The utility model relates to an ELISA (enzyme linked immunosorbent assay) kit for detecting medroxyprogesterone. The kit comprises a 96-pore ELISA plate, a second enzyme-labeled antibody, standard solutions of six concentrations, a high-concentration standard, a substrate solution A, a substrate solution B, a stop solution, a concentrated cleaning solution and a concentrated combination solution. A direct competition ELISA method is adopted, a coupling antigen is pre-coated in an ELISA plate micropore strip, residual medroxyprogesterone in a sample and the coupling antigen pre-coated in the micropore strip contend for an enzyme-labeled antibody resisting medroxyprogesterone, a substrate is used for developing, and the absorbency value of the sample is negatively correlated to the content of residual medroxyprogesterone contained in the sample, is compared with a standard curve and is multiplied by a corresponding dilution multiple, so that the residual quantity of medroxyprogesterone in the sample can be obtained. Compared with the instrument analysis technology, the kit has the characteristics of simplicity and convenience in operation, low cost, high sensitivity and the like, and can play an important part in detection of residual quantity of medroxyprogesterone. |
