titleOfInvention | Feed quantification conveying device |
abstract | The utility model relates to a feed quantification conveying device which comprises a feed supply bin. A pneumatic gate is arranged at the bottom of the feed supply bin, a bucket type conveying belt is arranged below the pneumatic gate, a plurality of conveying hoppers are arranged on a conveying belt body of the bucket type conveying belt at equal interval, the upper end faces of the conveying hoppers are in sealing fit with a discharging opening in the lower portion of the feed supply bin, and a sensor for detecting the positions of the conveying hoppers is further arranged below the feed supply bin. According to the feed quantification conveying device, the bucket type conveying belt is arranged to be matched with the sensor, and high-accuracy preparation of feed can be achieved through accurate quantification conveying of the feed. The feed quantification conveying device is simple in structure, brings convenience to automatic control, and is beneficial to achieving automatic production of a large-scale feed mill. The arranged sensor has the various effects such as counting, namely recording the number of the passed conveying hoppers, and controlling opening and closing of the pneumatic gate or controlling a rotary disc to rotate to achieve intermittent feeding so as to achieve feed quantification conveying. The two effects are normally combined to have the effects. |
