titleOfInvention Liquid separation device
abstract The utility model discloses a liquid separation device which comprises a vertical separation pipeline and a plurality of parallel-connection receiving pipelines communicated with an outlet of the separation pipeline, wherein a valve is arranged on each receiving pipeline; the liquid separation device further comprises an electrical conductivity meter, a control module and an alarm; the electrical conductivity meter is used for measuring an electrical conductivity signal of a liquid material flowing through the separation pipeline; the control module is used for collecting the electrical conductivity signal measured by the electrical conductivity meter and sending an alarm signal when the electrical conductivity signal is larger than a preset value; and the alarm is used for receiving the alarm signal sent by the control module and giving an alarm. When the liquid separation device is used for separating liquids, the control module and the electrical conductivity meter can be adopted for judging two-phase liquid surfaces, accordingly, errors caused during judging of human eyes are avoided, and the liquid separation process is more accurate.
