titleOfInvention Cleaner for denitration urea circulatory system in thermal power generating unit
abstract Disclosed is a cleaner for a denitration urea circulatory system in a thermal power generating unit. The cleaner comprises a hot water tank, the hot water tank is provided with a demineralized water inlet pipe and a low-pressure steam inlet pipe, the low-pressure steam inlet pipe is communicated with the bottom of the hot water tank to discharge steam through an aerator pipe, the hot water tank is provided with a water outlet pipe, and the water outlet pipe is connected with a cleaning port of the denitration urea circulatory system through a hot water pump. By means of the cleaner, pipeline blockage caused by crystallization when a urea solution is oversaturated can be avoided after heated demineralized water is fed into denitration urea circulatory system, and thereby, cleaning and anti-blockage effects are achieved.
