titleOfInvention Semi-continuous high-speed spinning machine with sheave-type lifting device
abstract The utility model relates to silk yarn production equipment, in particular to a semi-continuous high-speed spinning machine with a sheave-type lifting device. The spinning machine comprises two lifting boxes and a lifting frame, wherein the two lifting boxes are located at the two ends of the lifting frame respectively, each lifting box is provided with a lifting rod, the inside of each lifting box is vertically provided with a sheave, one end of each connecting rod is embedded in a groove of one corresponding sheave, the other end of each connecting rod is connected with one end of each lifting rod, and the other end of each lifting rod extends out of one corresponding lifting box to be connected with one end of the lifting frame. Due to the sheave-type structure, the lifting frame can move upwards and downwards, one end of each connecting rod is located in the groove of one corresponding sheave, and when the sheaves rotate, and due to the fact that the grooves of the sheaves are arranged in an arc shape obliquely, the connecting rods can move upwards and downwards along with rotation of the sheaves; due to the fact that one end of each connecting rod is embedded in the groove of one corresponding sheave, when the sheaves quickly rotate, the connecting rods cannot bounce but move stably, and accordingly the connecting rods can drive the lifting rods and the lifting frame to stably move upwards and downwards.
