titleOfInvention Precipitating device for three-phase separation of sewage
abstract The utility model discloses a precipitating device for three-phase separation of sewage. The precipitating device comprises an enclosure component, a mud-water separating assembly, a degassing system, a water distributing channel, a water distributing tank, a water collecting and draining tank and a mud bucket, wherein the mud-water separating assembly is an inclined plate assembly or pipe assembly; the mud bucket communicated with the mud-water separating assembly is placed below the mud-water separating assembly; a mud outlet of the mud bucket can be opened. According to the precipitating device, air is separated from the sewage through the degassing system, and the rest muddy water is subjected to mud-water separation through the inclined plate assembly or pipe assembly; water is drained from the water collecting and draining tank; mud falls from the mud outlet of the mud bucket. The mud-water separating assembly is the inclined plate assembly or pipe assembly and has the total flow area relatively larger than that of a narrow slit of a three-phase separator, so that the flow rate of the sewage treated by an anaerobic reactor can be increased by the precipitating device under the same ascending velocity of the muddy water; the precipitating device can be used for precipitating in an aerobic activated mud process, so that additional precipitating unit is saved, and as a result, the floor area is reduced; the mud can be reflowed without the need of power equipment, so that the cost and energy consumption are reduced.
