A movable groove type rail flash welding machine comprises at least two welding machine jaw clamping devices 1 and a welding control end 2 connected with the welding machine jaw clamping devices 1, wherein the welding control end 2 comprises a welding transformer 21, a movable frame 221 and a fixed frame 222, the movable frame 221 and the fixed frame 222 are connected with the welding transformer 21, and are connected with the welding machine jaw clamping devices 1 respectively, and the welding machine jaw clamping devices 1 comprise jaw rotating shafts 15, left jaws 12 which are in the shape of a left bracket, right jaws 13 which are in the shape of a right bracket and electrode cushion blocks 11. The movable groove type rail flash welding machine aims to carry out innovative design on the jaw structure of the movable groove type rail flash welding machine, the problem of bidirectional clamping of a groove type rail is solved, and meanwhile the problem that a large-size rail top stretches into a jaw is solved. |
