The main equipment body is in a cylinder structure made of acid-resistant stainless steel; the active tail gas purification treatment equipment takes water as absorption liquid, delivers to a spray head arranged on the top cover of the equipment through a circulation pump and sprays to a stainless steel screen corrugated filler; an active tail gas is introduced from the side surface of the bottom of the equipment and sufficiently contacts with the liquid-phase absorption liquid in the gap of the stainless steel screen corrugated filler, so that a phosphorus-containing compound and an absorbable gas which are contained in the tail gas are transferred into the absorption liquid, and sediments generated in the process of absorbing the tail gas through the absorption liquid and self dust carried by the tail gas are transferred into the absorption liquid; the sediments are removed through intermittent standing and sedimentation, and the clear absorption liquid can be used for preparing a phosphoric acid solution after being appropriately treated, so that the recycling of the phosphorus-containing compound contained in the tail gas is realized; the purified active tail gas is discharged into atmosphere from the discharge port positioned on the top of the equipment through a chimney by using an air blower, so that the pollution on the atmospheric environment is reduced or prevented.
