According to the motor controller housing with the waterproof design of the utility model, the trapezoid body and the inverted trapezoid body are combined with each other, such that an original structure of the motor controller housing can be maintained identical with a standard structure of the motor controller housing, and therefore, the motor controller housing is advantageous in wide application range; and accumulated water can flow from a higher position to a lower position along the trapezoid structure, such that the accumulated water can be prevented from permeating the trapezoid structure from the higher position, and at the same time, the waterproof washer is arranged inside the clamping groove, and therefore, the motor controller housing with the waterproof design is further advantageous in greatly improved waterproof performance.
