The turbo type flow guiding vane on the base part can disperse large flow speed at part of an inlet, minitype capsule damage is lowered, and blood purifying efficiency is improved. The flow guiding type minitype capsule suspension fluidized bed bioreactor can improve contacting efficiency of cells cultured in the bioreactor and injection liquid, and meanwhile circulation purifying efficiency of a biology part of an artificial liver system is improved, and clinical application is convenient.
