titleOfInvention | Light-weight cable movably used in field |
abstract | The utility model discloses a light-weight cable movably used in the field. The cable comprises conductor layers, insulating layers, a wrapping layer, a fireproof mica tape, a copper-clad aluminum shielding layer, and a sheath layer, wherein the conductor layers are formed by multiple flexible circular tin-plated copper-clad steel wires which are identical in diameter; the insulating layers are made of modified polyethylene; the wrapping layer is formed by a high-quality high temperature resistant GRPP tape; the fireproof mica tape is wrapped around the wrapping layer formed by the GRPP tape; the copper-clad aluminum shielding layer is formed by multiple strands of copper-clad aluminum single wires and is woven outside the fireproof mica tape; and the sheath layer is a wear-resistant tensile cable outer sheath piled on the periphery of the copper-clad aluminum shielding layer and made of composite chloroprene rubber. Each of conductors of the conductor layers of the utility model is a novel duplex metal composite conductor formed by a steel wire concentrically wrapped with a copper layer and then plated with tin so that the conductors are simultaneously good in conductivity as copper is and high in strength as steel is and are low in specific weight and cost. The insulating layers are made of modified polyethylene, thereby having an excellent insulating performance and an ultrastrong low temperature resistant property and being strong in wear resistance and relatively wide in fireproof and temperature resistance ranges. |
