titleOfInvention Self-crosslinking physical foaming coaxial cable
abstract A self-crosslinking physical foaming coaxial cable comprises an inner conductor, an insulating layer, an outer conductor and an outer sheath, wherein the inner conductor, the self-crosslinking foam insulating layer, the outer conductor and the outer sheath are sequentially arranged from inside to outside along the radial direction, and the inner conductor is a twisted bare copper wire or a solid copper wire or a copper-clad steel wire; the insulating layer is the self-crosslinking foam insulating layer; the outer conductor is formed by a single layer or multi-layer of tinned copper wire woven shielding layer; and the sheath is a polyvinyl chloride sheath. The insulating layer of the coaxial cable adopts the self-crosslinking foam insulating layer, improves the features of the coaxial cable such as temperature resistant level, heat resistance and welding resistance, compensates the shortcoming that ordinary polyethylene foam insulation is greatly after heating, and expands the applications of products; and the self-crosslinking foam insulating layer is good in mechanical strength, increases the pressure resistance, does not deform or form surface impression easily by the influence of subsequent processing, and can further improve the stability of electrical properties such as cable impedance and echo wave.
