abstract The utility model relates to a horizontal seal transmission device of a filling machine. The horizontal seal transmission device comprises a heat-sealing rod driving wheel and a cutter driving wheel, and a heat-sealing rod and a cutter driven by the two driving wheels are corresponded to each other. An output shaft of a first speed reducer is connected to the heat-sealing rod driving wheel, one end of an input shaft is sleeved with a shaft sleeve, the shaft sleeve is connected with an angle locating disc via resilient pieces, and the adjacent resilient pieces are connected via a connection block. Locating holes are provided on the surface of the angle locating disc. An output shaft of a second speed reducer is connected with the cutter driving wheel, an input shaft of the second speed reducer is connected with an adjusting disc, and two connecting flanges for connecting the two input shafts of the two speed reducers are formed by the locating disc and the adjusting disc. The surface of the adjusting disc is provided with avoidance space for accommodating a locating piece which goes through the locating hole, one end of the locating piece locates through the locating hole, and the other end of locating piece goes through the space. The locating piece accommodated in the space is clamped by opposite ends of a pair of coaxial spiral adjusting pieces, the pair of spiral adjusting pieces is located in screw holes provided by opposite inner walls which form the space, and an axis of the pair of spiral adjusting pieces and an axis of the input shaft of the second speed reducer are vertical to each other, but never meet.
