titleOfInvention | Water injection vacuum set with condensation function |
abstract | The utility model relates to a water injection vacuum set with condensation function, comprising a water tank, a buffer tank, a jet pump, a circulating pump and a condenser. An outlet of the jet pump is connected to the water tank, an inlet of the centrifugal pump is connected to the water tank, and an outlet of the centrifugal pump is connected to an inlet of the jet pump. The buffer tank is connected to an exhaust inlet pipeline, and an outlet of the buffer tank is connected to an inlet of the jet pump. The lower end of the condenser is connected to the circulating pump through the circulating pump, and the upper end of the condenser is connected to the water tank. A cooling water outlet and a cooling water inlet are disposed on the condenser. The water injection vacuum set with condensation function is advantageous in that the generated vacuum is constant; the water tank temperature is maintained around 7 DEG; with the adoption of steel lining materials, strength and temperature toleration can be ensured, and corrosion resistance to hydrofluoric acid can be achieved. |
