titleOfInvention | High-response and high-thrust electromagnet based on parallel windings |
abstract | The utility model discloses a high-response and high-thrust electromagnet based on parallel windings. More than two windings are wound around a winding bobbin of the electromagnet, the windings are electrically connected in parallel with each other, and the winding are distributed along the axial direction or the radial direction of the winding bobbin. The winding structure of the electromagnet can be applied to either switching electromagnet or proportion electromagnet. By employing the parallel structure of the windings, the internal resistance and the inductance value of the electromagnet are greatly reduced, therefore, under the conventional supply voltage, the electromagnetic thrust can be improved by increasing a driving current so that the high-response and high-thrust electromagnet is obtained. |
