titleOfInvention | Low-noise automobile timing driving belt |
abstract | The utility model relates to a timing belt, in particular to a low-noise automobile timing driving belt. The low-noise automobile timing driving belt comprises an annular belt body. The belt body is formed by a belt back and a meshing part in a bonding mode. A plurality of tooth parts are formed on the meshing part along the inner circumferential surface of the belt body at intervals. A core rope skeleton is embedded inside the meshing part in the circumference of the belt body. A layer of irregular interlayer fabrics continuously distributed is arranged between the belt back and the meshing part. At least one layer of interlayer fabrics dividing the belt back into an upper part and a lower part is arranged inside the belt back. A tooth-shaped fabric layer coats a toothed part and is arranged on the inner circumferential surface of the meshing part. After measurement and calculation, when being applied to a double-overhead-cam 1.8L engine, the low-noise automobile timing driving belt eliminates the resonance phenomenon, and obviously reduces noises. After a timing system protective cover covers the low-noise automobile timing driving belt, the noises can not be heard at all. |
