abstract The utility model discloses a self-circulating desulfurizer, comprising an SO2 absorption tower, an H2S absorption tower, a crystallizing device, a centrifugal machine, a vibrating fluidized drying bed and a sulfur burning furnace, wherein the SO2 absorption tower and the H2S absorption tower are sequentially connected front and back; coke oven gas enters the tower from the bottom of the H2S absorption tower; the hydrogen sulfide-removed gas is discharged from the upper part of the H2S absorption tower; a part of pregnant solution containing sulfur is conveyed to the top part of the H2S absorption tower to spray and recycle again; the residual part is conveyed to the crystallizing device to carry out purification on sulphur; a part of sulphur slurry generated in the crystallizing device becomes dried sulphur after passing through the centrifugal machine and the vibrating fluidized drying bed; the other part is returned to the sulfur burning furnace through a pipeline. The self-circulating desulfurizer utilizes the characteristics of sulfide reaction; no alkali source or catalyst is added in the entire process; the hydrogen sulfide is removed in a self-circulating manner; a bran-new desulphurization method is initiated.
