titleOfInvention Enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay (ELISA) kit for detecting diarrhetic shellfish poisons
abstract The utility model relates to an enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay (ELISA) kit for rapidly detecting diarrhetic shellfish poisons in shellfish food. The kit comprises a kit body, a 96-hole elisa plate in the kit, 11 bottles of reagents and downward concave bottle positions for placing the reagents, and is characterized in that the elisa plate is a detection plate which adopts a 96-hole reagent plate as a solid phase carrier, and the second antibodies of a goat-anti-mouse antibody is precoated in the micropore strips of the kit; the 11 bottles of reagents are 6 bottles of standard solution, 1 bottle of diarrhetic shellfish poison enzyme markers, 1 bottle of antibody working solution, 1 bottle of developing solution, 1 bottle of stop solution and 1 bottle of concentration scrubbing solution; and each reagent bottle is provided with a corresponding downward concave bottle position. Compared with the instrumental analysis technology and the mouse bioaasay measurement, the kit has the characteristics of convenience in use, high sensitivity and the like, and can play an important role in detecting diarrhetic shellfish poisons in shellfish food.
